Leslie Pierce works with Aima Ahonkhai, M.D. on ongoing studies in Nigeria focused on drivers of engagement and retention, and impact of user fees on HIV care and outcomes.
Prior to joining VIGH, Leslie focused on program evaluation and quality improvement programming for nonprofit organizations and community health centers serving people living with HIV in the Northeast. Leslie received a Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in global health from Boston University. She is passionate about providing quality and patient-centered healthcare to vulnerable populations.
