VIGH Core and Affiliated Faculty Presentations at AIDS 2012

VIGH Director, Sten Vermund, M.D., Ph.D. will participate in a satellite session entitled, Health Disparities, Hurdles and Hope: Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. on Sunday, July 22, and moderate a panel discussion entitled, Treatment as Prevention: From Science to Implementation on Tuesday, July 24. Presentions by Vanderbilt investigators total 27 and 17 of those are from VIGH core and affiliated faculty. Six abstracts from the AIDS International Research Training Program (AITRP) alumni include four posters and two oral poster discussions by Vikrant Sahasrabuddhe, M.D., M.P.H., Dr.PH  (AITRP Alum 2006) and Han-Zhu Qian, M.D., Ph.D. (AITRP Alum 2005).
