Welcome

The Developmental Disabilities Lab at Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center focuses on research in the identification and treatment of speech and language disorders in children.  Populations of interest include children with autism, Down syndrome, hearing loss, phonological disorders, and language disorders.  Current projects include collaborations with the Listening & Learning Lab, the Cochlear Implant Research Lab, and researchers at the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center.

The Developmental Disabilities Lab is headed by Stephen Camarata, PhD, CCC-SLP.
