Endourology and Laparoscopic Surgery Fellowship
The Fellowship in Endourology and Laparoscopic Surgery at Vanderbilt provides specialized, comprehensive training in all aspects of Minimally Invasive Surgical Therapies (MIST), including advanced techniques and cutting-edge research.
Fellows work alongside four fellowship-trained faculty, learning robotic, laparoscopic, and endourologic urologic surgery procedures. The fellowship provides wide exposure to:
- Advanced laparoscopic/robotic surgery for reconstructive and oncologic applications
- Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP)
- Percutaneous access with ultrasound, fluoroscopic, and endoscopic guided techniques
- Medical and surgical management of complex stone and endourologic disease
The two-year fellowship includes clinical and focused laboratory research.
