Steering Committee

The purpose of the Women on Track (WOT) Steering Committee is to provide ongoing strategic direction for the program. The WOT Steering Committee is dedicated to developing and supporting a nurturing environment for women, in order to facilitate and enhance recruitment, retention, professional development, and promotion of female faculty members within Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
