The Workforce Management team is available after hours for Urgent Issues!

If you have an urgent issue and need immediate assistance you can log a help desk ticket. We ask that you please stick around because we will call you back. We do our best to respond to within 30 minutes, even for night shift!

For non-urgent issues please email wfm@vumc.org. This mailbox is monitored Monday- Friday from 8am to 5pm. If you are emailing after hours we will respond the next business day.
