Our program is an ASTS-approved Abdominal Transplant Surgery Fellowship Training Program for Kidney Transplant, Liver Transplant, and Hepatobiliary Surgery. We accept one fellow each year. Fellows will also gain exposure to pancreas transplant, living donor surgery for kidney and liver, pediatric transplant, cutting-edge organ procurement techniques, and dialysis access surgery. Vanderbilt University Medical Center is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Prerequisites
Before admission to our Fellowship, the applicant must have documented completion of a U.S. general surgery residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. We are not able to support Visas of any type at this time.
