- Go to the Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) if you are on the Nashville 21st Ave. Campus.
- Call OHC at 615-936-0955 if you work at a regional hospital or offsite clinic and when the Nashville 21st Ave. Clinic is closed.

- Work Injury or Illness
