Types of requests

  • Krames-on-Demand

We’ll edit your content and upload the final document into the online Krames database. It’s then exported into Epic. You can access it in eStar through Clinical References.

    eDocs

These requests are edited, formatted in our standard template, and made available as print-on-demand or downloadable PDFs on eDocs

    Video

We use a software called Vyond to create professional, animated videos. This format improves learning outcomes by using high-quality visual communication and storytelling. We can also create PowerPoint videos. We’ll help you figure out what best fits your needs in our first meeting.

    Other

Some requests require more detailed design or include a lot of images. We format these in our standard template and then make available as print-on-demand or downloadable PDFs in eDocs. We also store book-length patient education publication in eDocs.

  • Revision requests are handled in the same manner as new requests. To get your project into our editorial queue, please submit a request form through SharePoint. The form is short and easy to fill out.

To make edits on the original document, you can:

Attach your content using the "Attach File" button at the top of the form under the Edit tab.

  • If you need a translated version of your document, you can note this on the SharePoint form. This is the case with new requests and revisions.
