Christine T. Bradley, has extensive experience in both the private and public sector, and currently serves as the director of government and community affairs for Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  Throughout the prior twelve years, she was the assistant vice chancellor for community, neighborhood and government relations at Vanderbilt University.

During the course of her career, Bradley served as the  executive director of the Nashville Career Advancement Center;  as the state director for a national health care firm, specializing in working with troubled youth and their families and served as chief of staff for Mayor Phillip Bredesen, in Nashville, Tennessee during a time when the city was growing to include a new art museum and library, a professional football team, and a state of the art arena. She also served on the cabinet for Governor McWherter as the first woman to head up the Department of Correction in Tennessee and one of the first in the nation.

Bradley received a BS from Bowling Green State University, her master’s degree from St. Bonaventure University and her doctorate degree in administration from Tennessee State University. A native of Ohio, she and her husband Mike have two children.
