Staff Scientist

This position will assist the principal investigators with overseeing the scientific aspects of a 3-year, NIH-funded grant. The project will evaluate the implementation of a multi-level initiative for assessing and addressing social drivers of health in adult primary care. Applicants must have a doctoral degree in a relevant field. The position is based in Nashville, TN.

Assistant or Associate Professor in Implementation Science

The Center for Clinical Quality and Implementation Research (CCQIR) invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor with expertise in implementation science and its application to improve healthcare delivery and health outcomes. The selected candidate will join a large and growing group of researchers in CCQIR, who lead investigator-initiated research and collaborate with academic and operational programs across the medical center in a learning health system.  

The successful candidate will have demonstrated methodologic expertise and a track record of funding, either as a principal investigator or as a methodology co-investigator. Both tenure track and non-tenure track candidates will be considered. The faculty appointment will be in the academic department most aligned with the candidate’s background and interests and may include in the Department of Health Policy, Department of Medicine, Department of Biomedical Informatics, or other. Remote work may be considered for this position.
