Working off site? No problem! We have lots of convenient options.
- For clinics, the Peer Vaccination Program allows licensed personnel to give flu shots to their coworkers. Clinic managers can register their clinic to participate.
- If you can't come to us - OHC Comes To You. Check out the searchable calendar of events. If your location isn't listed, ask your manager to complete the REDCap survey to request an on-site visit.
- If you receive your vaccine at a Walk-In Clinic or other location/event, provide documentation to Occupational Health (or grant us permission to check your medical record if obtained at a VUMC clinic) here.
- For ease of Occupational Health receipt of vaccine record, we encourage those going to a Walk-In Clinic to utilize the VUMC affiliated Walk-In Clinics.
