Research

Dr. McCaslin has authored a book, has co-authored multiple book chapters and numerous papers, as well as presented more than 25 scientific papers at professional meetings on a variety of topics pertaining to Audiology (see publications). He has directed and been involved in numerous Au.D. Capstones and served as a reviewer for the American Journal of Audiology. He is a member of several audiologic associations including: The Auditory Society, American Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. He presently co-teaches teaches graduate courses at Vanderbilt: Clinical Electrophysiology, Assessment of Vestibular Disorders and Management of Vestibular Disorders. He is currently the director of Audiology at the Mayo Clinic: Rochester.

Research interests include: clinical electrophysiology, tinnitus, hearing aid outcome measures, and vestibular assessment
