  • The Wellness Actions Log helps you focus on healthy actions that will help you maintain or improve your health.

  • The Game Plan for Your Health video features personal interviews with Vanderbilt faculty and staff and provides practical ways to take charge of your health.   • Faculty and staff paying for VUMC Health Plan benefits can earn a Wellness Credit of up to $240 for completing Go for the Gold by October 31st.
