It is my pleasure to welcome Catherine Ivory back to the Vanderbilt family in the role of Senior Director of Nursing Research. This issue provides an introduction to Cathy and her experience. This year Danielle (Dee) Butler of NICU was the recipient of the NICU Nurse of the Year Award from the March of Dimes. Congratulations Dee!
