We have exciting Magnet news to share with you! All three of our remaining Magnet site visits have been scheduled in August. These entities are working tirelessly to prepare and I am looking forward to showcasing Vanderbilt Nursing!
In other news…Karen Hughart and Chris Wilson are retiring this month after many years of service in nursing at VUMC. While I will miss them very much it has been my pleasure to work with them, and I wish them a happy retirement.
Finally, we salute our recent group of DAISY Award recipients. Please read their inspiring stories.
