I have the most exciting news! We did it….AGAIN! VUMC received a 4th Magnet designation. I am very proud of this outstanding accomplishment and grateful for the hard work of individuals and teams that prove what it is everyday to be a nurse at VUMC.
This issue also features the Nursing Bylaws Convention and highlights Shared Governance, which is what makes our Magnet designation possible.
As the year comes to a close, I hope you and your families enjoy the holidays.
