Course Description:

Intensive Care Education (ICE) is targeted for VUMC Adult Critical Care Registered Nurses new to the critical care setting. These classes are taught by the VUH Critical Care Nursing Education Specialist team. While in the class, learners engage in topics including Trach Care & Suctioning, Ventilator Management, Respiratory Emergencies, Hemodynamics, Pharmacology, Delirium, Sedation, and Palliative Care.
