Exhibitor Registration for the 2025 Vanderbilt Transplant APP Symposium is now closed.
Event Load-In & Set-Up
Load-in and set-up begins at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 12th, in the Prefunction Area outside Crockett in the Hilton, Downtown Nashville.
Load-in and set-up must be completed no later than 5:00 p.m. One table and two chairs will be provided.
Tear-down is at noon on Tuesday, October 14th.
Room luggage carts are available at the hotel.
Vanderbilt Transplant personnel will be on site for further direction.
Valet parking will be available on site at the expense of the exhibitor.
Exhibiting at the Pediatric Pre-Conference is optional.
Event Breaks & Networking Opportunities
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with exhibitors on Monday, 10/13, at 9:50 a.m., 12:00 p.m.,
3:00 p.m., and again during the Wine & Cheese Network Session at 5:15 p.m.
An additional break on Tuesday, 10/14, is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
