Request Space Report

Space Reports are available to all VUMC departments to support a variety of different purposes. Reports are generated at the time of request to answer the specific needs and to ensure accuracy. Requests should be made with as much advance notice as possible. Requests are routed to leadership for approval.


When requesting information, please include the following details:

  • Your contact information
  • Instructions for the requested report
  • Example attachment or prior report, if available

Common Report Examples:

  • Square Footage (by building, by room type, by department, etc.)
  • Room Types (by building, by department, etc.)
  • Department Occupancy (square footage, room types)
  • Buildings (room types, department occupancy)
