Sumit Pruthi, MD
Dr. Pruthi is Associate Professor of Radiology, Chief of Pediatric Neuroradiology and Associate Professor of Pediatrics. Dr. Pruthi received his medical degree from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, India. Dr. Pruthi completed his residency in Radiology at L.T.M. General Hospital, Mumbai, India. He completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at University of Washington, Seattle. He then completed a fellowship in Pediatric radiology at Seattle Children’s hospital, Seattle. His current research and clinical interests include neurodegenerative and metabolic diseases of childhood, diffusion tensor imaging of the spine, correlating neuroimaging and clinical outcomes in patients with HIE, pediatric encephalitis and ultrasound guided targeted nerve stimulation.
