Why did you choose VUMC Pathology: Interview day blew me away! Faculty, staff and residents were so genuine, enthusiastic and supportive. The amazing number of fellowships available and the flexibility of choosing a residency track that best suits each resident's interests solidified my desire to train at Vanderbilt. Plus, coming home to Tennessee and living in such a vibrant city with plenty of outdoor activities was the cherry on top.

Fun fact about yourself: I am an avid mountain biker and trail runner. I have an adorable 10-year-old rescue French bulldog named Lulu and a husband. I love metal detecting, taking photos of old abandoned farmhouses and propagating succulents. I worked at the University of Tennessee "Body Farm" during undergrad and graduate school.
