Each year the YWCA and its Academy for Women of Achievement honor those women whose leadership inspires others to succeed. A special tribute is awarded to extraordinary women in the Nashville area and the continuing legacy of those who have improved our community and the lives of countless individuals. The AWA induction ceremony will take place on October, 15, 2015.
