Body Weight Exercise Video

This short video series demonstrates 6 Body Weight exercises that can be completed in the workplace or at home!

The exercises work both primary and secondary muscle groups using just your body weight and no equipment is necessary!

*It is recommended to complete 3 sets and 10 repititions of each exercise, and 30-60 seconds for the wall-sit exercise.
