Pierre Massion

Dr. Massion received his undergraduate and MD degrees from the Universtite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. He trained in Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco, where he also completed a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship. He attended a pulmonary and critical care inpatient service and the pulmonary outpatient clinic at the Nashville VA Medical Center. His research interests included genetic and proteomic strategies for the early detection of lung cancer, chemopreventive strategies for the primary and recurrence of lung cancer, and investigation of the role of genomic abnormalities in lung cancer.
