In Dr. Massion's lab Maria works with a group that hypothesized that indolent and aggressive ADC have inherent diversity in cancer cell populations with different intracellular network activity between clones within and between tumors of different clinical behavior. To address that question, they are developing an antibody panel (that includes markers of key signaling pathways, immune lineage and cell functional response) to screen multiple human surgical samples using Mass Cytometry
