Alexandra graduated from the University of Georgia in 2018 with a B.S. in Microbiology. Before entering graduate school, she worked in the lab of Dr. Ted Ross supporting the evaluation of next generation influenza vaccines. Currently, she studies antibody-antigen interactions in the context of several viral pathogens, with a special interest in Pneumoviridae viruses, namely RSV and hMPV. Outside of lab, Alexandra enjoys running, ice skating, and the company of her two fur friends.
