To apply theories of health behavior to elevate and accelerate learning on what works for whom and why
Center Goals
- Curate and connect health behavior expertise across VUMC, Vanderbilt University and Meharry Medical College
- Cultivate collaborations between physician-scientists and social scientists
- Help investigators identify and apply appropriate theory in their work
- Help investigators develop a testable conceptual framework
- Train and assist investigators to apply cutting-edge analytic methods to test theories of health behavior
