Dr. Federspiel was our respected biostatistician advising physicians in study design and data analysis, Chuck was associated with the CPPA since its beginnings. He was at the forefront of using comparative physician behavior profiles delivered by peer physicians to promote physician practice change.
Chuck was always concerned that we help individuals who were off track to get back on course as professionals. He always listened, waited for the right moment, and then offered that thoughtful comment, that piece of insight that we all needed to hear.
