What can my support person expect?
A family member or friend you choose to invite may also receive print materials and/or text messages. This will help us learn more about the role family and friends can play in diabetes self-management.
We will ask them to complete 4 surveys over 15 months.
It is their decision whether to participate. If they choose to participate, they can earn up to $120 over 15 months.
