The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is a centralized business function operating at a strategic level to provide enterprise-wide support and consulting on project management best practices, tools, and processes.
In collaboration with the Project Management Offices (PMOs) across VUMC, we help to create and structure new enterprise programs. We provide project management consultation and training, and we serve as a hub for senior program managers working on large enterprise programs and portfolios.
