2020 ACNP/PA Critical Care Boot Camp Information

Course Handouts – Handouts will be available online prior to event. More details after August 1, 2020. Please download the presentations prior to arrival as it may be difficult to do so on-site due to the volume of people accessing the WIFI.

Getting Here – All events take place at either the Loews’ Vanderbilt Hotel and Conference Center, Vanderbilt University Student Life Center, or Light Hall/Center for Experiential Learning and Assessment (CELA), as noted below. Most hotels are within walking distance or have shuttles to these locations.

Parking – There will be a limited number of complimentary spaces available in the 25x section on levels 1 & 2 in the 25th Avenue Garage. Please use the 25th Avenue entrance to access these spaces, which will be marked for boot camp. The 25th Avenue Garage is located at the intersection of 25th Avenue South and Garland Avenue. You can also access metered parking in the 25th Avenue Garage via the Highland Avenue entrance. Food – Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be available for Leader Summit and Boot Camp Attendees. Lunch will be available for Ultrasound, ECMO, and Skills Lab attendees. There will be a wine & cheese reception after the September 2nd Leader Summit and after the September 3rd Boot Camp. Please contact Jaci Ryals (jacquelyn.r.ryals@vumc.org) by September 1st with any dietary restrictions.

Clothing – Dress is casual. Please consider bringing a sweater or jacket to adjust for air conditioning.
