Brennan McNeil, BS, is one of the scientists responsible for the conducting of experiments in the Ware Lab. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lipscomb University in 2014 where he completed a research project on RNA transcription of the neurotrophin BDNF. This research took first place at the 2014 meeting of the Tennessee Academy of Science, and the abstract was subsequently published. In the lab, he specializes in ex-vivo lung perfusion, clincial trial design, and biomarker investigations but has a wide range of responsibilities ranging from data management to manuscript preparation.
