Assessment of Capacity to Prevent & Manage Major Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Primary Care Centers in Zambia: A Health Systems Approach (R21TW10471-01&02)
The goal of this study is to assess health systems capacity to provide Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) related services. The study will adopt and apply the WHO recommended NCD tool in the Zambian context. The adapted tool will help in benchmarking interventions aimed at addressing NCDs in low-income settings.
