Varuna Jasodanand

Neuroimaging Analyst


Varuna is a Neuroimaging Analyst at the Vanderbilt Memory & Alzheimer’s Center. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Philosophy and a minor in Neuroscience. Prior to graduation, Varunaworked as a research assistant at UPenn’s Center for Neuromodulation in Depression and Stress. She also completed an honors neuroscience thesis on sex differences in stress-induced sleep impairments in rats and a philosophy honors thesis on the neurophenomenology of dreams. Varuna plans to pursue a PhD in neuroscience in the coming years.
