Monday is Medical Center Orientation. You will receive your start time via personal email after 4:00pm on Friday before your orientation.
Tuesday’s portion of Clinical Orientation is from 8am - 1pm and attended remotely via Microsoft Teams. Details will be sent to you via email.
Wednesday (Licensed) and Thursday (Non-Licensed) portions of Clinical Orientation are Skills Days. Parking is available in the N Lot 73A and shuttling over on the 3401 Shuttle (shuttle runs every 22 and 52 minutes after the hour). When arriving at 3401 West End, use the visitor entrance at the rear of the building. To enter the building, walk through the parking garage in the back of the building to access the lobby, and take the elevators to the first floor.

Clinical Orientation Schedule

Crystal Terrace Shuttle
(Shuttle over from N Lot 73 A on the Crystal Terrace Shuttle; shuttle comes every 18 and 48 minutes past the hour. You will need to walk across Orleans Dr. to 3401)
- Lunch/Snack options are limited at 3401 West End Ave. You may purchase lunch at the 3401 building cafe, or bring your lunch/snacks.
- Clinical Orientation will not be canceled, even during inclement weather.
