Clinical Interest
Courtney Tomblinson, MD, is an honors graduate of Western Kentucky University and earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mayo Clinic, during which she served as Chief Resident and received the RSNA Roentgen Resident/Fellow award (2017). In 2018, Dr. Tomblinson was awarded the ACR Valerie P. Jackson Education Fellowship.
After completing a fellowship in Neuroradiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), she joined the Vanderbilt faculty in 2019 and currently serves as Associate Director, Women in Radiology and Associate Program Director, Diagnostic Radiology Residency. She serves as Chair of the American Society of Neuroradiology's Young Professional Society and is on the Board of Directors for the American Association for Women in Radiology. Dr. Tomblinson's professional interests include head and neck imaging, medical education, and mentorship.
