Clinical Interest

Charles DePriest, MD, is a graduate of Harvard University and earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He completed a residency in Radiology at Yale University and a fellowship in MRI/CT/Ultrasound at Hospital of St. Raphael. Dr. DePriest spent 10 years on active duty with the U.S. Air Force as a flight surgeon. He flew over 700 hours in fighter aircraft including the F-15 Eagle and the F-4 Phantom. He earned the Sikorsky Helicopter Award in 1986 for a lifesaving helicopter mission and retired as a major. He joined the Vanderbilt faculty as Assistant Professor in 2008.
