Dr. Ayala-Peacock is an Assistant Professor and Director of Brachytherapy Services in Radiation Oncology at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She treats all malignancies with a particular focus in women’s health malignancies, and cutaneous and ocular melanomas. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale University and her medical training at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. In addition to her work within Vanderbilt, she is a member of multiple national cancer research groups. She also has an interest in malignancies of the central nervous system with substantial research background investigating the management of brain metastases.
