The American Psychological Association's Help Center. The APA's Psychology Help Center is an extensive online resource featuring articles and information on a variety of topics related to psychological and emotional well-being.

The Jed Foundation is the nation’s leading organization working to promote emotional health and prevent suicide among college students. Projects of the Jed Foundation include: ULifelineThe Transition Year, Half of Us, and Love is Louder.

The Jason Foundation is dedicated to the prevention of the “Silent Epidemic” of youth suicide through educational and awareness programs that equip young people, educators/youth workers and parents with the tools and resources to help identify and assist at-risk youth.

To Write Love on her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide.
