PC2U (Palliative Care To You)
An educational initiative aimed at teaching fundamental communication skills used by palliative care specialists to bedside nurses who do not have expertise in palliative care.
The goal of this initiative is two-fold:
- To improve communication between health care providers and patients/families.
- To help bedside nurses feel comfortable when talking to patients and families about end of life care
