Intensive Care Education (ICE) is for Registered Nurses new to the critical care setting. These classes are taught by the VUH Critical Care Nursing Education Specialist team. While in the class, learners engage in topics including Trach Care & Suctioning, Ventilator Management, Respiratory Emergencies, Hemodynamics, Pharmacology, Delirium, Sedation, and Palliative Care.
