Katharine Baker, PhD, is the Associate Director of the Cal Turner Program for Moral Leadership in the Professions (CTP) at Vanderbilt University, where she manages several initiatives to promote ethical identities in professionals, and motivate them to work for the common good through interdisciplinary collaboration on social issues. She serves as an advisor to the IPE project, which was modeled in part on the CTP fellowship for professional students. Achieving her PhD in Religion, Psychology and Culture at Vanderbilt in 2008, Katharine has taught in the disciplines of professional studies, leadership development, pedagogy, religion and human development, theology, pastoral care, and spirituality. Formerly, she worked in nonprofit and corporate settings in communications and public/employee relations.
