Faith & Health Summit - Hosted by the Nashville Health Disparities Coalition in partnership with the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance.


Please join us to:

  • Learn how the conditions of daily life – neighborhoods, schools, policies, workplaces, access and availability of resources – affect the health of Nashville’s residents.
  • Discover what congregations in North Nashville are doing to improve their health and the health of surrounding communities.
  • Share your congregation’s needs related to improving health.
  • Celebrate 5 congregations' unique efforts to improve the health and well-being of others.

Breakfast and lunch will be served.

Please Note: This is an interdenominational event. Faith-based leaders of any denomination are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
