Workstation Billing and Inventory Reporting

Overview

VUMC IT provides custom reporting for your VUMC IT-managed workstations through Business Objects. These new reports replace the Combined Customer Reports from the Tolero tool, which was retired in August 2019. Business Objects allows you to view billing and inventory data for your department's supported workstations.

What reports can I get through Business Objects*?

  • GHL Inventory
  • Monthly Billing

*The Customer Incident Performance Report (a part of the Customer Combined Report) is no longer available.
