January is National Mentoring Month for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at VUMC. National Mentoring Month is a campaign dedicated to recognizing the value of mentorship and the impact it can have on people's lives. Whether it's developing mentorships among employees, supporting young learners, or inspiring those preparing for college, mentoring enables individuals to unleash their full potential by tapping into the skills of others.
