VUMC IT will be conducting an upgrade to the Big IP Edge VPN client on Wednesday, September 1st. As a result, upon login, you will automatically see a pop-up window (see picture below) lasting approximately 30 seconds and indicating that the upgrade is in progress.
Once the upgrade is complete, you may be prompted with an option to reboot in order for the changes to take effect. It is strongly encouraged that you complete the reboot procedure. When the upgrade is complete, normal session behavior will occur.
