VUMC IT will be conducting an upgrade to the Big IP Edge / F5 service (also known as our VPN) on Tuesday, May 10th. As a result, upon log in, workforce members will automatically see a pop-up window which will last approximately 30 seconds indicating that the upgrade is in progress.
Once the upgrade is complete, you may be prompted to reboot for the changes to take effect. It is strongly encouraged that workforce members complete the reboot procedure. However, the opportunity to reboot later will be an available option in the prompt. Once the upgrade has been completed, normal session behavior will occur.
