With tax season fast approaching, you may need to access areas of the C2HR portal now protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Multi-factor Authentication protects the ability to access your tax documentation, manage your direct deposit, and make edits to your profile information.
If you have not enrolled in Multi-factor Authentication yet, you will be prompted to configure your Multi-factor Authentication options using the VUMC MFA Configuration Assistant (pictured below) when you try to access these areas.
The MFA Configuration Assistant will guide you through the process of enrolling in Multi-factor Authentication, which became a requirement last fall.
