Interpreter Services - for patients who are deaf and hard of hearing, visually impaired or speak limited English
Guest Services - for patients who need wheelchair assistance during a visit or assistance finding lodging for visitors and family
Patient Relations - for patients and visitors with questions or concerns about their care, patient rights, or VUMC policies
Vanderbilt Program for LGBTI Health - for patients and families who want to connect with specially trained LGBTI providers and ensure outstanding medical care in an atmosphere of compassion and respect
